TWS QUADRA DVC Evo

The Quadra DVC Evo is a cost effective surface mount placement machine with a placement speed of 3300 CPH in a real production (max 4500cph).
This machine is well established with more than 1300 Quadra machines installed and working all over the world.
The small footprint Quadra pick & place machine uses Dynamic Vision Centering (DVC), making it capable of placing components down to 0201, as well as BGA’s and QFP’s down to 0.4mm pitch.
Feeder capability is up to 120 x 8mm feeders in total, or a combination of larger tape, stick and tray feeders.
CAD Data can be imported via USB.
