The GoWave is a powerful soldering system for those just entering into mass-soldering operations. This system is suited to a variety of applications ranging from entry-level mass soldering to soldering in small or medium-sized batches. It also provides an economical soldering solution for universities, schools and laboratories. The GoWave is especially featured with its innovative nozzle concept which is ideally suited for nearly all soldering tasks. In addition, it may be equipped with a local nitrogen inertion in the soldering area in case of demanding applications.
The special feature of this machine is its compact, but performance oriented design. Offering a fluxer module, an efficient preheater, innovative soldering area and microprocessor control, the GoWave presents the finest soldering technology in its class.

Maximum Power for Medium Sized Production Volumes
With the wave soldering system PowerWave, SEHO consequently realized a machine concept that offers a remarkable performance at simultaneously low investment costs. Complex SMD boards are as reliably soldered as conventional assemblies – due to up-to-date solder nozzle geometries and a flexible preheat area.
The modular construction of SEHO PowerWave offers the ideal concept for all production requirements and allows the machine to be integrated into existing fully automated production lines. The system is equipped with a high performance preheating and is available with either 1200 mm (47.2″) or 1800 mm (70.8″) preheat length. Depending on your production requirements, the PowerWave may be equipped with a chain/finger conveyor system for direct processing of boards, or with a solder frame conveyor.
The heart of the machine – the soldering area – is designed with a degree of flexibility that may perform all realistic soldering operations. Modern and innovative solder nozzle geometries provide ideal soldering results.

PowerWave N2
For Medium Volumes with High Demands
The wave soldering system SEHO PowerWave N2 is designed for medium to large production volumes and is ideally suitable for both, lead containing as well as lead free processes.
The machine is equipped with a closed tunnel system. The special design of the stainless steel tunnel guarantees a low nitrogen consumption. A very high energy efficiency is reached because of the lateral insulation. A clear advantage for your production costs.
The spray fluxer with HVLP technology ensures a stable spray jet and a very precise spray pattern, also at the outer edges. This features a reproducible fluxing process with a remarkably reduced flux consumption.
The flexible preheating area with 1800 mm (70.88″) active length enables the system to be adapted to your specific production requirements.

MaxiWave 2300 C
The Up-to-date Nitrogen Wave System with Low Investment Cost
SEHO MaxiWave 2300 C is an up-to-date full tunnel nitrogen wave soldering system which is featured with low investment and operation costs. Simultaneously the machine ensures perfect soldering results because of its innovative soldering area.
The unique design of SEHO’s full tunnel systems provides a stable, low-oxygen atmosphere within shortest time and with minimal nitrogen consumption.
The MaxiWave 2300 C is equipped with an integrated spray fluxing unit featuring HVLP technology, and is provided with an exhaust to avoid spray vapours within the process area.
he preheating area consists of 6 heating zones with a total length of 1800 mm (70.88″). As a standard, the MaxiWave 2300 C is equipped with IR preheaters, however, quartz emitters or convection modules may also be integrated to meet special production requirements.

MWS 2300
Maximum Flexibility: The High-End System for Wave Soldering
Based on SEHO’s worldwide leading nitrogen technology, the precision machine tooling and the modular design of the system makes the MWS 2300 a powerful piece of equipment. It is ideally suited to solder demanding assemblies at high throughputs.
The flexible preheating area with up to 3300 mm (129.9″) active length makes it possible to suit your specific production requirements.
Several factors ensure a clean process area and consequently the lowest possible maintenance costs. The up-to-date spray fluxer with HVLP technology is installed in an external module in front of the machine. Moreover, the MWS 2300 is provided with filters at the inlet and outlet, and the machine may be equipped with a process gas cleaning unit.
Special highlight is the integrated, temperature-controlled convection cooling module. Thus, the assemblies are cooled below liquidus before they leave the machine, ensuring a remarkably improved metallurgical structure of the solder joints.
